PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic emulsion.SOLUTION: The present invention is directed to an ophthalmic emulsion. The emulsion has a unique combination of ingredients that promotes the stability of small oil droplets within the emulsion. The emulsion also includes a mucoadhesive polymer that aid in delivering a lipid to the ocular surface. The present invention is directed to an ophthalmic emulsion that includes the following: water forming an aqueous phase; an oil forming an oil phase; a hydrophilic surfactant; a hydrophobic surfactant; a charged phospholipid; a borate; and a mucoadhesive polymer (e.g., a galactomannan polymer). 【課題】眼科用エマルジョンの提供。【解決手段】本発明は眼科用エマルジョンに関する。本エマルジョンは、エマルジョン内の小さい油滴の安定性を促進する独特の成分の組み合わせを有する。また本エマルジョンは、脂質を眼球表面に送達するのに役立つ粘膜付着性ポリマーを含む。本発明は、以下のものを含む眼科用エマルジョンに関する：水相を形成する水、油相を形成する油、親水性界面活性剤、疎水性界面活性剤、荷電リン脂質、ボラート、および粘膜付着性ポリマー（例えば、ガラクトマンナンポリマー）。【選択図】なし
