Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a solar battery unit having good solar battery characteristics with solar battery cells arranged so that a bus-bar electrode is thinner than a wiring member in width; and a method for manufacturing such a solar battery unit.SOLUTION: A solar battery unit 1 comprises: solar battery cells 2; and wiring members 5 electrically connecting between the solar battery cells 2. The solar battery cells 2 are glued with the wiring members 5 by an adhesive member 6. The wiring members 5 are connected to bus-bar electrodes 11a and 11b of the solar battery cells 2. The bus-bar electrodes 11a and 11b are thinner than the wiring members 5 in width. The adhesive member 6 has a total light transmittance of 50% or larger. 【課題】バスバー電極の幅が配線部材の幅よりも細い太陽電池セルにおいて、良好な太陽電池特性を有する太陽電池ユニット及び太陽電池ユニットの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】太陽電池ユニット1は、複数の太陽電池セル2と、太陽電池セル2同士を電気的に接続する配線部材5と、を備え、太陽電池セル2と配線部材5とが接着部材6で接着されて、配線部材5が太陽電池セル2のバスバー電極11a,11bに接続されている。そして、バスバー電極11a,11bの幅が配線部材5の幅よりも細く、接着部材6の全光線透過率が50%以上となっている。【選択図】図3
