PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wristband which is surely operated to be wrapped around a part to be wrapped around, such as a wrist or an ankle, and is wrapped to ensure a wrapped form in a proper and accurate ring shape, and to provide a wristband continuum, and a method of wrapping the wristband.SOLUTION: While paying attention to: not a conventional method of sticking a rear surface of both end parts of band base material 2 and a front surface to each other; but a method of first sticking rear surfaces of both end parts to each other, a rear surface of a first wrapping region 6 having an exposed adhesive layer 3 (first sticking region 22) and a rear surface of a second wrapping region 7 are put over the other and are stuck to each other, with a part (second sticking region 23) of the adhesive layer 3 left exposable, so that first sticking position guides 18 and 19A and a second sticking position guide 19 are aligned with each other. Thereby, the band base material can be formed like a ring so as to be wrapped around a part to be wrapped around. The first wrapping region 6 having the part (second sticking region 23) of the adhesive layer 3 left exposable can be stuck to a front surface of the second wrapping region 7. 【課題】手首や足首などの被巻付け部に巻き付ける際の操作が確実で、適正かつ正確なリング状に巻付け形態を確保するようにしたリストバンド、リストバンド連続体およびリストバンドの巻付け方法を提供する。【解決手段】従来バンド基材２の両端部の裏面と表面とを貼り合わせるのではなく最初に裏面同士を貼り合わせることに着目し、露出した粘着剤層３（第１の貼付け領域２２）を有する第１の巻付け領域６の裏面と第２の巻付け領域７の裏面とを、粘着剤層３の一部（第２の貼付け領域２３）を露出可能に残した状態で第１の貼合わせ位置ガイド１８、１９Ａおよび第２の貼合わせ位置ガイド１９を互いに合わせるように重ね合わせて貼り付けることにより被巻付け部に巻き掛けるように環状に形成可能とし、露出可能に一部残った粘着剤層３（第２の貼付け領域２３）を有する第１の巻付け領域６を第２の巻付け領域７の表面に貼り付け可能としていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図２
