PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape scale adhesion jig which enables a short tape scale to properly adhere to an adhered object, and to provide a tape scale adhesion method.SOLUTION: A tape scale adhesion jig 10 includes: a c shaped frame 20; a scale holder 30 disposed at the inner side of the frame 20, the scale holder 30 to which a tape scale 80 is temporarily fixed; a grip 40 disposed at the outer side of the frame 20 and connected to the scale holder 30 through a through hole 21a formed in a web part 21 of the frame 20; a spring 50 which is provided so as to separate the grip 40 from the web part 21; and a positioning reference mark 60 provided in at least one of two flange parts 22, 23 of the frame 20. 【課題】長さの短いテープスケールを被接着物に適切に接着することができるテープスケール接着治具及びテープスケール接着方法を提供する。【解決手段】テープスケール接着治具１０は、コの字型のフレーム２０と、フレーム２０の内側に配置され、テープスケール８０が一時的に固定されるスケールホルダ３０と、フレーム２０の外側に配置され、フレーム２０のウェブ部２１に形成された貫通穴２１ａを介してスケールホルダ３０に接続された取っ手４０と、取っ手４０とウェブ部２１とを離間させるように設けられたばね５０と、フレーム２０の二つのフランジ部２２、２３の少なくとも一方に設けられた位置決め用基準６０とを具備する。【選択図】図８
