Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon dioxide applying device capable of recovering and supplying carbon dioxide without causing sulfur poisoning while generating combustion exhaust gas due to combustion of heavy oil.SOLUTION: A carbon dioxide applying device comprises: a high temperature side flow channel 20H of a heat exchanger 20 which receives supply of combustion exhaust gas generated in a heater 10 due to combustion of heavy oil, and cools the combustion exhaust gas; a low temperature side flow channel 20C of the heat exchanger 20 which reduces a relative humidity of the combustion exhaust gas; a filter 40 which removes sulfur oxide contained in the combustion exhaust gas; an oxidation catalyst 50 which oxidizes carbon monoxide contained in the combustion exhaust gas; and a carbon dioxide adsorber 70 which adsorbs carbon dioxide contained in the combustion exhaust gas, in which the low temperature side flow channel 20C of the heat exchanger 20 heats the combustion exhaust gas cooled by the high temperature side flow channel 20H of the heat exchanger 20 by utilizing heat of the combustion exhaust gas supplied from the heater 10. 【課題】重油の燃焼によって燃焼排ガスを発生させながらも、硫黄被毒を生じることなく二酸化炭素の回収及び供給が可能な二酸化炭素施用装置を提供する。【解決手段】加温機10における重油の燃焼により発生する燃焼排ガスの供給を受け、該燃焼排ガスを冷却する熱交換器20の高温側流路20Hと、燃焼排ガスの相対湿度を低下させる熱交換器20の低温側流路20Cと、燃焼排ガスに含まれている硫黄酸化物を除去するフィルタ40と、燃焼排ガスに含まれている一酸化炭素を酸化する酸化触媒50と、燃焼排ガスに含まれている二酸化炭素を吸着する二酸化炭素吸着装置70と、を備え、熱交換器20の低温側流路20Cは、加温機10から供給される燃焼排ガスの熱を利用して、熱交換器20の高温側流路20Hによって冷却された燃焼排ガスを加熱する。【選択図】図1
