PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency broadcast facility capable of checking a speaker function by detecting a value corresponding to a speaker sound pressure output level caused by an emergency broadcast without generating sound.SOLUTION: When reception of a speaker testing operation is detected, each time a broadcast output selection section 40 is instructed to successively select speaker lines SL1-SLn, an emergency broadcast device 14 instructs a transmission section 42 to transmit a test instruction signal to a speaker device 16 and after switching to a test state, a test broadcast signal from a broadcast sound source section 34 is outputted to the speaker device 16 to test the speaker device. The speaker device 16 includes a function test section for switching to the test state in which a function test is performed, without outputting sound from a speaker. In the case where the test instruction signal is received from the emergency broadcast device 14, the function test section is switched to the test state and the function test is performed. When functional normality is discriminated from a result of the test, an external test result indicator lamp is operated and the functional normality is displayed. 【課題】音を出すことなく非常放送によるスピーカ音圧出力レベルに相当する値を検出してスピーカ機能を点検可能とする非常放送設備を提供する。【解決手段】非常放送装置１４は、スピーカ試験操作の受付けを検出した場合に、放送出力選択部４０に指示してスピーカ回線ＳＬ１〜ＳＬｎを順次選択する毎に、伝送部４２に指示してスピーカ装置１６に試験指示信号を送信して試験状態に切替えた後に放送音源部３４からの試験放送信号をスピーカ装置１６に出力して試験する。スピーカ装置１６は、スピーカから音を出力することなく機能試験を行う試験状態に切替える機能試験部を備え、非常放送装置１４から試験指示信号を受信した場合に、機能試験部を試験状態に切替えて機能試験を行わせ、試験結果から機能正常を判別すると外部の試験結果表示灯を作動して機能正常を表示する。【選択図】図２
