Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test piece for biomolecule detection which can be used in detecting a biomolecule at higher sensitivity and accuracy, and a test kit for biomolecule detection having fluorescent silica nanoparticles.SOLUTION: There is provided a test kit for biomolecule detection having a test piece for biomolecule detection and a labeling reagent for biomolecule detection made of fluorescent silica nanoparticles, in which the test piece has a test area for capturing biomolecules, a first capture substance having binding to biomolecules is introduced into the test area via a first connection substance, a second capture substance having binding to biomolecules is introduced into a surface of the fluorescent silica nanoparticle via a second connection substance, and the first connection substance and the second connection substance are made of substances that do not adsorb with each other in solution. 【課題】より高い感度及び精度での生体分子の検出に用いることができる、生体分子検出用の試験片と、蛍光シリカナノ粒子を有する生体分子検出用試験キットを提供する。【解決手段】生体分子検出用の試験片と、蛍光シリカナノ粒子からなる生体分子検出用の標識試薬を有する生体分子検出用試験キットであって、前記試験片は生体分子を捕捉する試験領域を有し、生体分子に対する結合性を有する第1の捕捉物質が第1の連結物質を介して前記試験領域に導入され、生体分子に対する結合性を有する第2の捕捉物質が第2の連結物質を介して前記蛍光シリカナノ粒子の表面に導入され、前記第1の連結物質と前記第2の連結物質は溶液中で互いに吸着しない物質からなる、生体分子検出用試験キット。【選択図】なし
