PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine balancer device capable of efficiently collecting oil filled in a housing and effectively discharging the oil from an oil discharge hole into an oil pan.SOLUTION: An internal combustion engine balancer device comprises: a housing attached to an internal combustion engine; a drive shaft 8 rotatably contained in the housing; a drive counterweight 26 protruding from an outer circumferential surface of the drive shaft 8 in a radial direction and including a flat portion 26a in a shaft rotation direction; and an oil discharge hole provided at a position facing the flat portion 26a of the counterweight 26 at a predetermined rotation position of the housing and communicating an inside with an outside of the housing, a collection groove 32 that includes a collection tapered surface 33 inclined downward from a proximal edge 33a of the counterweight 26 near the shaft 8 to a tip edge 33b in the radial direction and two sidewall surfaces 34, 34 rising generally perpendicularly from two side edges of the collection tapered surface 33, respectively being provided in the flat portion 26a. 【課題】ハウジング内に充填されているオイルを効率良く捕集して、オイル排出孔からオイルパン内へ効果的に排出し得る内燃機関のバランサ装置を提供する。【解決手段】内燃機関に取り付けられたハウジングと、ハウジングの内部に回転自在に収容されたドライブシャフト８と、該シャフトの外周面から径方向へ突設されると共に、シャフトの回転方向側に平面部２６ａを有する駆動側カウンターウエイト２６と、ハウジングのウエイトの所定の回転位置における平面部と対向する位置に設けられ、ハウジングの内外を連通するオイル排出孔と、を備え、平面部に、ウエイトのシャフト近傍の基端縁３３ａから径方向の先端縁３３ｂに向かって下り傾斜する捕集テーパ面３３と、捕集テーパ面の両側端縁からほぼ垂直に立ち上がった両側壁面３４，３４と、からなる捕集溝３２を設けた。【選択図】図６
