Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump device capable of transferring a soft material object without damaging its shape.SOLUTION: Working fluid supply/discharge means 21 is provided for repeating pressurizing supply and forced discharge of a working fluid with respect to the inside of a sealed container 13. A balloon 24 is provided inside the container 13, and an internal volume of the balloon 24 is freely varied by the change of pressure inside the container 13 by the working fluid supply/discharge means 21, and suction and discharge of a transfer fluid including a material object are repeated from an outlet/inlet 25 of the balloon 24. To the outlet/inlet 25 of the balloon 24, a suction valve 32 which opens when sucking the transfer fluid and a discharge valve 33 which opens when discharging the transfer fluid are connected. A locking valve 34 is connected to the suction side of the suction valve 32. The locking valve 34 is closed until an open state where the material object mixed in the transfer fluid is locked when the suction valve 32 is about to be fully closed. 【課題】柔らかな有形物の形を損なうことなく移送できるポンプ装置を提供する。【解決手段】密閉された容器13の内部に対して作動流体の加圧供給と強制排出とを繰り返す作動流体給排手段21を設ける。容器13の内部に風船24を設け、作動流体給排手段21による容器13内の圧力変化により、この風船24の内容積を自在に変化させて、風船24の出入口25から有形物を含む移送流体の吸込と吐出とを繰り返すようにする。風船24の出入口25には、移送流体の吸込時に開く吸込弁32と、移送流体の吐出時に開く吐出弁33とを接続する。吸込弁32の吸込側に係止弁34を接続する。この係止弁34は、吸込弁32が全閉するにあたって移送流体中に混在する有形物を係止する開口状態まで閉じる。【選択図】図1
