Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser type oxygen gas analyzer which measures a gas concentration of an oxygen gas having a wide range of temperatures using a plurality of wavelengths different in absorption intensity for a gas temperature.SOLUTION: A laser type oxygen analyzer emits a laser beam large in absorption intensity of an oxygen gas of a high temperature and small in absorption intensity of a normal temperature oxygen gas, and a laser beam of a wavelength for a normal temperature measurement large in absorption intensity of the high temperature oxygen gas which is the wavelength adjacent to the wavelength for the high temperature measurement, and the gas intensity of the high temperature oxygen gas is measured by using the detection light for the high temperature measurement, and a gas concentration of the normal temperature oxygen gas is measured by using the detection light for the normal temperature measurement.
【課題】ガス温度に対し吸収強度が異なる複数の波長を用いて、広範囲の温度の酸素ガスのガス濃度を測定するレーザ式酸素ガス分析計を提供する。【解決手段】高温の酸素ガスの吸収強度が大きく、かつ、常温の酸素ガスの吸収強度が小さいような高温測定用波長のレーザ光と、高温測定用波長に隣接する波長であって常温の酸素ガスの吸収強度が大きいような常温測定用波長のレーザ光と、を発光し、高温測定用検出光を用いて高温の酸素ガスのガス濃度を測定し、常温測定用検出光を用いて常温の酸素ガスのガス濃度を測定するレーザ式酸素ガス分析計とした。【選択図】図3 |
