PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the integration of a cover and an electronic apparatus body in simple structure.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus (projection device 1) includes: a projection device body 2; a cover 3 that covers one side surface of the projection device body 2; and a first fixing tool for fixing the electronic apparatus body (projection device body 2) and the cover 3. The electronic apparatus body includes: a housing body 5 of which a back surface is open; and a back surface part 6 that covers the back surface of the housing body 5. In the back surface part 6, an insertion hole 61a into which a second fixing tool is inserted is provided at one corner on a side of at least one side surface 52. A first engaging part 55 with which the first fixing tool is engaged is formed at the other corner on the side of the one side surface 52 of the housing body 5. The cover 3 includes: a hook 7 which is engaged into the insertion hole 61a to open/close the cover 3 relatively to the electronic apparatus body; and a second engaging part 34 which is enabled to be engaged with the first fixing tool together with the first engaging part 55 when the cover 3 is brought into a closed state by the hook 7. 【課題】 カバーと電子機器本体との一体性を簡易な構造で安定化させる。【解決手段】 投影装置本体２と、投影装置本体２の一側面を覆うカバー３と、電子機器本体（投影装置本体２）及びカバー３を固定する第一固定具とを有する電子機器（投影装置１）である。電子機器本体は、背面が開放した筐体本体５と、筐体本体５の背面を覆う背面部６とを備える。背面部６には第二固定具が挿入される挿入穴６１ａが少なくとも一側面５２側の一方の角部に設けられる。筐体本体５の一側面５２側の他方の角部には第一固定具が係合する第一係合部５５が形成される。カバー３は、挿入穴６１ａに係合して電子機器本体に対してカバー３を開閉させるフック７と、フック７によってカバー３が閉状態となった際に、第一係合部５５とともに第一固定具と係合可能な状態となる第二係合部３４とを備える。【選択図】図３
