Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve detection accuracy of a detection target particle.SOLUTION: A measurement device comprises: a capturing part for capturing a detection target particle included in air into a liquid, and making a fluorescent material binding specifically to the detection target particle, bind to the detection target particle in the liquid; a droplet forming part for forming an aerosol-state droplet from the liquid supplied from the capturing part; and a measurement part for radiating light to the droplet, and measuring fluorescence intensity of the droplet. The capturing part comprises: a cyclone which comprises an air introduction part, a liquid introduction part and a wall face, makes air introduced from the air introduction part revolve to a peripheral direction of the wall face, separates the detection target particle in the air to the wall face side by centrifugal force, introduces the liquid from the liquid introduction part, captures the detection target particle separated to the wall face side into the liquid for continuously supplying the liquid to the droplet forming part. 【課題】検出対象粒子の検出精度を向上すること。【解決手段】気体中に含まれる検出対象粒子を液体中に捕集するとともに、当該液体中の検出対象粒子に当該検出対象粒子に特異的に結合する蛍光物質を結合させる捕集部と、前記捕集部から供給される液体からエアロゾル状の液滴を形成する液滴形成部と、前記液滴に光を照射するとともに、当該液滴の蛍光強度を測定する測定部と、を備え、前記捕集部は、気体導入部と液体導入部と壁面とを有し、当該気体導入部から導入される気体を前記壁面の周方向に旋回させ、遠心力により当該気体中の検出対象粒子を前記壁面側に分離するとともに、当該液体導入部から液体を導入し、前記壁面側に分離された検出対象粒子を液体中に捕集して当該液体を前記液滴形成部へと連続的に供給可能なサイクロンを有する測定装置である。【選択図】図1
