The group management control device that includes a data storage part for storing a plurality of pieces of control information for attributes of a plurality of disabilities and a disability attribute determination part for determining the attributes of the disability of a user extracts a movement time of the user as control information corresponding to the attribute of the disability of the user determined by the disability attribute determination part from the data storage part, and on the basis of the extracted movement time, assigns any one of the plurality of elevator units to the destination floor. 【課題】利用客が割り当てられたエレベータ号機に確実に乗り込むことができる群管理エレベータ装置を提供する。【解決手段】複数のエレベータ号機A〜Dと、乗場階床に位置する行き先階登録装置2と、行き先階登録装置2の操作によって登録される行き先階に複数のエレベータ号機のいずれかを割り当てる群管理制御装置とを備え、群管理制御装置は、複数の身体障害の属性に対する複数の制御情報を記憶するデータ記憶部と、利用客の身体障害の属性を判定する身体障害属性判定部とを備え、身体障害属性判定部によって判定される利用客の身体障害の属性に対応する制御情報として利用客の移動時間をデータ記憶部から抽出して、抽出された移動時間に基づいて、複数のエレベータ号機の内のいずれかを行き先階に割り当てる。【選択図】図1
