PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing device which prevents incorrect attachment of a process tool to a spindle.SOLUTION: A processing device includes: a chuck table which holds a workpiece; and processing means which processes a workpiece held by the chuck table with a process tool attached to a tip of a spindle. The processing means includes a mount member which is fixed to the tip of the spindle and to which the process tool is attached. The mount member includes an identification part colored in a predetermined color at a region fixed to the spindle and exposed. The process tool including a color part of the same color with the identification part is attached to the mount member. 【課題】 加工工具のスピンドルへの誤装着を防止するようにした加工装置を提供することである。【解決手段】 被加工物を保持するチャックテーブルと、該チャックテーブルに保持された被加工物をスピンドルの先端に装着した加工工具で加工する加工手段と、を備えた加工装置であって、該加工手段は、該スピンドルの先端に固定され、該加工工具が装着されるマウント部材を含み、該マウント部材は、該スピンドルに固定されて露出する領域に所定の色に着色された識別部を有し、該マウント部材には、該識別部の色と同じ色の着色部を備える加工工具が装着されることを特徴とする。【選択図】図３
