PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker for fine strips of leek comprising a vegetable chip discharge mechanism which does not obstruct cooking work, the cooker comprising a mechanism for cutting in a leek fiber direction and a mechanism for cutting in a leek lateral cutting mechanism for achieving processing of the fine strips of leek by only single device.SOLUTION: A lateral reinforcement cutting part 2 formed by arranging and mounting plural thin blade bodies 21a, 21b in parallel with narrow gaps, is provided slidably in a box-shaped body part 1, narrow through-holes 12 are provided continuous to a tip end face of the box-shaped body part, and a first operation part 3 for operating the thin blade bodies so as to put out the thin blade bodies from the narrow through holes and store the blade bodies in the body part 1 freely, is provided.
