Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zinc alloy casting that is tough against impact.SOLUTION: A zinc alloy casting contains tin in a range of 20-70 wt.% with a balance of zinc and inevitable impurities, and has toughness higher than that in a case of being casted by using two kinds of die-casting zinc alloy bare metals based on JISH2201. Also, the zinc alloy casting contains tin in the range of 20-70 wt.% with the balance comprising zinc, aluminum and inevitable impurities, or with the balance comprising zinc, aluminum, magnesium and inevitable impurities, and has the toughness higher than that in a case of being casted by using the two kinds of die-casting zinc alloy bare metals based on JISH2201, and also has the toughness higher than that in a case of using alloy obtained by substituting all metals other than zinc and tin for zinc. 【課題】衝撃に対して強靭な亜鉛合金の鋳造品を提供する。【解決手段】錫を20〜70重量%の範囲で含み、残部が亜鉛及び不可避不純物であり、JISH2201に基づくダイカスト用亜鉛合金地金2種を用いて鋳造した場合より靱性が高い。また、錫を20〜70重量%の範囲で含み、残部が亜鉛、アルミニウム及び不可避不純物からなり、あるいは、残部が亜鉛、アルミニウム、マグネシウム及び不可避不純物からなり、JISH2201に基づくダイカスト用亜鉛合金地金2種を用いて鋳造した場合より靱性が高いと共に、亜鉛及び錫以外の金属をすべて亜鉛に置換した合金が使用された場合より靱性が高い。【選択図】図5
