PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processor and a medical image reference device capable of correctly generating a reconstructed image and performing high definition display of the reconstructed image even in the case that there is a problem, such as data damage in a difference file.SOLUTION: A medical image processor of the embodiment, with a medical image reference device for referring to a medical image and the medical image processor for generating a medical image connected through a network, includes a medical image storage part for storing medical images, and an image transmission part for generating a difference image between the medical images to transmit the medical images and the difference image to the medical image reference device time sequentially.
