Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processor and a medical image reference device capable of correctly generating a reconstructed image and performing high definition display of the reconstructed image even in the case that there is a problem, such as data damage in a difference file.SOLUTION: A medical image processor of the embodiment, with a medical image reference device for referring to a medical image and the medical image processor for generating a medical image connected through a network, includes a medical image storage part for storing medical images, and an image transmission part for generating a difference image between the medical images to transmit the medical images and the difference image to the medical image reference device time sequentially. The image transmission part has an image mixture part for changing distribution amounts of the medical images and the difference image on the basis of reference information about at least one of an image turning-over speed of an operator, the line speed of the network, and a medical image processing speed of the medical image reference device side. 【課題】差分ファイルにデータ破損等の問題があった場合においても再構成画像を正しく生成・高精細表示できる医用画像処理装置および医用画像参照装置を提供すること。【解決手段】本実施形態の医用画像処理装置は、医用画像を参照する医用画像参照装置と医用画像を生成する医用画像処理装置とがネットワークで接続され、医用画像を保管する医用画像保管部と、医用画像を保管する医用画像保管部と、前記医用画像間の差分画像を生成し、前記医用画像と前記差分画像とを時系列に前記医用画像参照装置へ送信する画像送信部と、を備え、前記画像送信部は、操作者の画像めくり速度、前記ネットワークの回線速度、前記医用画像参照装置側での医用画像処理速度の少なくとも1つに関する参照情報に基づいて、前記医用画像と前記差分画像の配分量を変える画像混合部を有する。【選択図】図1
