Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain: a Wilkinson divider capable of being reduced in size, reduced in insertion loss, and stabilized in high frequency characteristics; and a high frequency circuit.SOLUTION: A Wilkinson divider includes: a transmission line 14a connected between an external circuit connection terminal 11 and an output terminal 25a and having a length of a 1/4 wavelength; a transmission line 14b connected between the external circuit connection terminal 11 and an output terminal 25b and having a length of a 1/4 wavelength; and a resistor 23 connected between the output terminal 25a and the output terminal 25b. The resistor 23 is formed in an integrated circuit 1, and the transmission lines 14a, 14b are formed in a rewiring layer 4. 【課題】サイズの小形化、挿入損失の低減化及び高周波特性の安定化を図ることができるウィルキンソン型分配器及び高周波回路を得ることを目的とする。【解決手段】外部回路接続端子11と出力端子25aの間に接続される4分の1波長の長さを有する伝送線路14aと、外部回路接続端子11と出力端子25bの間に接続される4分の1波長の長さを有する伝送線路14bと、出力端子25aと出力端子25bの間に接続される抵抗体23とを備え、抵抗体23が集積回路1に形成され、伝送線路14a,14bが再配線層4に形成されるように構成する。【選択図】図1
