Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound-eye optical unit created by placing two or more of array lenses one on top of another in which a plurality of single-eye lenses are arranged so that the optical axes are parallel to each other, the compound-eye optical unit capable of suppressing adhesive from sticking to the single-eye lenses while securing sufficient adhesion and further capable of suppressing a crosstalk, and an image-capturing device.SOLUTION: A groove L1G is formed as a ventiduct so that, when array lenses AL1, AL2 are bonded to each other, the air around an inner lens L1 can be freed via the groove L1G to the recess L1R of an outer lens L1 adjacent thereto, making it possible to prevent an adhesive DB from leaking out due to the adverse effect of the enclosed air and contaminating the outer lens L1. On the other hand, as a portion around the outer lens L1 is not coated with the adhesive DB and is left open, the air penetrating into the recess L1R of the outer lens L1 passes through this open portion and flows out to the outside of the first array lens AL1. 【課題】光軸が互いに並行するようにして複数の個眼レンズを配置したアレイレンズを2枚以上積層してなる複眼光学ユニットにおいて、十分な接着性を確保しつつも接着剤の個眼レンズへの付着を抑制でき、更にクロストークを抑制できる複眼光学ユニット及び撮像装置を提供する。【解決手段】通気路としての溝L1Gを形成しているので、アレイレンズAL1、AL2を相互に接着した際に、内側レンズL1の周囲の空気を、溝L1Gを介して、それに隣接した外側レンズL1の凹部L1Rへと逃がすことができ、封入された空気の悪影響により接着剤BDが漏れ出して、外側レンズL1を汚染することがないようにできる。一方、外部レンズL1の周囲の一部には、接着剤BDを塗布しておらず開放しているので、外側レンズL1の凹部L1Rへと進入した空気は、この開放部を通って第1アレイレンズAL1の外部へと流出することとなる。【選択図】図3
