Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intra-pipe self-propelled device and a pipe inspection device capable of stably powering self-movement within a pipe and excellent in drawing-out performance from the pipe.SOLUTION: A self-propelled connected body 11 is configured so that a plurality of propulsion bodies 21 and a plurality of flexible connection bodies 22 are alternately connected. At least one of the propulsion bodies 21 is provided to be able to vibrate. Each propulsion body 21 includes a contact propulsion portion 21a and a tapered portion 21b. The contact propulsion portion 21a includes a plurality of wire rods 21c provided on side surfaces of the contact propulsion portion 21a so that tip ends of the wire rods 21 are inclined toward a rear end 11b of the self-propelled connected body 11. With this configuration, the propulsion bodies 21 exhibit friction anisotropy that the propulsion bodies 21 are slippy toward a tip end 11a of the self-propelled connected body 11 and less slippy toward the rear end 11b of the self-propelled connected body 11 at a time of contact with an inner wall of a pipe, and provide a propulsion force in a direction of the tip end 11a of the self-propelled connected body 11a at a time of the vibration of the propulsion body 21 provided to be able to vibrate.
【課題】配管の内部を安定して自走することができ、配管からの引き抜き性能に優れた管内自走装置および配管検査装置を提供する。【解決手段】自走連結体11が、複数の推進体21と可撓性を有する複数の接続体22とを交互に連結して成っている。各推進体21は、少なくとも1つが振動可能に設けられている。各推進体21は、接触推進部21aとテーパー部21bとを有している。接触推進部21aは、側面に、外方に突出し、先端が自走連結体11の後端11bに向かって傾くよう設けられた複数の線材21cを有している。これにより、各推進体21は、配管の内壁に接したとき、自走連結体11の先端11aに向かって滑りやすく、自走連結体11の後端11bに向かって滑りにくい摩擦異方性を有し、振動可能に設けられた推進体21が振動したとき、自走連結体11の先端11aに向かう推進力が得られるようになっている。【選択図】図1 |
