PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil supply device capable of suppressing oil shortage, while suppressing oil supplied to a rotary electric machine and oil supplied to a power transmission mechanism being mixed.SOLUTION: An oil supply device includes: a first supply part for supplying oil to a rotary electric machine; a second supply part for supplying oil to a power transmission mechanism; an oil pan having a body and a partition wall; a first storage part defined by the body and the partition wall in the oil pan and for storing the oil from the first supply part; a second storage part defined by the body and the partition wall in the oil pan and for storing the oil from the second supply part; an oil communication part provided at least at one part of the partition wall and for communicating the first storage part and the second storage part; a first transfer device for transferring the oil in the first storage part recovered from a first recovery part to the first supply part; and a second transfer device for transferring the oil in the second storage part recovered from a second recovery part to the second supply part. The partition wall has a labyrinth structure having a plurality of corners. 【課題】回転電機に供給されるオイルと動力伝達機構に供給されるオイルとが混ざることを抑制しつつ、オイルが不足することを抑制できるオイル供給装置を提供する。【解決手段】オイル供給装置は、回転電機にオイルを供給する第１供給部と、動力伝達機構にオイルを供給する第２供給部と、本体及び隔壁を含むオイルパンと、オイルパンにおいて本体及び隔壁により規定され、第１供給部からのオイルを溜める第１貯留部と、オイルパンにおいて本体及び隔壁により規定され、第２供給部からのオイルを溜める第２貯留部と、隔壁の少なくとも一部に設けられ、第１貯留部と第２貯留部とを連通するオイル連通部と、第１回収部から回収された第１貯留部のオイルを第１供給部へ送る第１移送装置と、第２回収部から回収された第２貯留部のオイルを第２供給部へ送る第２移送装置と、を備える。隔壁は、複数の曲がり角を有するラビリンス構造を含む。【選択図】図２
