Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the degradation of oil used for cooling and lubrication in a vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicle control device 1 comprises: a first motor generator 12 and a second motor generator 13; a power transmission mechanism 14 to which the first motor generator 12 and the second motor generator 13 are connected; a first oil pump 21 that supplies oil to the first motor generator 12 and the second motor generator 13; a second oil pump 22 that supplies the oil to the power transmission mechanism 14; an oil heater 24 that is provided between the power transmission mechanism 14 and the second oil pump 22 and heats the oil discharged from the second oil pump 22; a bypass passage 24d that avoids the heating of the oil by the oil heater 24; a bypass valve 24e that controls the degree of use of the bypass passage 24d; and an ECU 2 serving as oil temperature reduction means that reduces the temperature of the oil in the case of a closing failure of the bypass valve 24e. 【課題】車両内の冷却及び潤滑に用いるオイルの劣化を抑制する。【解決手段】車両制御装置1は、第一モータジェネレータ12及び第二モータジェネレータ13と、第一モータジェネレータ12及び第二モータジェネレータ13が接続される動力伝達機構14と、第一モータジェネレータ12及び第二モータジェネレータ13にオイルを供給する第一オイルポンプ21と、動力伝達機構14にオイルを供給する第二オイルポンプ22と、動力伝達機構14と第二オイルポンプ22との間に設けられ、第二オイルポンプ22から吐出されたオイルを加熱するオイルヒーター24と、オイルヒーター24によるオイルの加熱を回避するバイパス路24dと、バイパス路24dの使用度合を制御するバイパス弁24eと、バイパス弁24eが閉故障した場合に、オイルの温度を低減させる油温低減手段としてのECU2と、を備える。【選択図】図1
