Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrodeposition composition and an electrodeposition coating method each of which enables a coating film excellent in both properties of adhesion and strength to be formed, and to provided a fluorine-containing coating film.SOLUTION: The electrodeposition composition is obtained by mixing a first coating composition and a second coating composition. The first coating composition contains: a first resin component obtained by polymerizing at least one of a hydroxy derivative of (meth)acrylic acid or an amino derivative of (meth)acrylic acid and a vinyl ester compound having no fluorine; a first monomer component having photopolymerizability; and a first aqueous solvent, the first resin component and the first monomer component being dispersed in first aqueous medium. The second coating composition contains: a second resin component obtained by polymerizing at least one of the hydroxy derivative of (meth)acrylic acid or the amino derivative of (meth)acrylic acid and a vinylester compound containing fluorine; a second monomer component having photopolymerizability; and a second aqueous solvent, the second resin component and the second monomer component being dispersed in the second aqueous medium.
【課題】 密着性と強度の両特性に優れた塗膜を形成することができる電着塗料組成物、電着塗装方法およびフッ素含有塗膜を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明は、(メタ)アクリル酸のヒドロキシ誘導体または(メタ)アクリル酸のアミン誘導体の少なくともいずれか一方とフッ素を含有しないビニルエステル化合物とを重合して得られる第1樹脂成分、光重合性を有する第1モノマー成分および第1水性溶媒を含み、第1樹脂成分および第1モノマー成分が、第1水性媒体に分散された第1塗料組成物と、(メタ)アクリル酸のヒドロキシ誘導体または(メタ)アクリル酸のアミン誘導体の少なくともいずれか一方とフッ素を含有するビニルエステル化合物とを重合して得られる第2樹脂成分、光重合性を有する第2モノマー成分および第2水性溶媒を含み、第2樹脂成分および第2モノマー成分が、第2水性媒体に分散された第2塗料組成物と、を混合してなる。【選択図】 図1 |
