PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antimicrobial agent which can inhibit the acquisition of tolerance to Sasa veitchii (Carr.)Rehd. extract in one or more kinds selected from the group consisting of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, and Escherichia coli.SOLUTION: The invention is an antimicrobial agent for inhibiting the acquisition of tolerance to Sasa veitchii (Carr.)Rehd. extract in one or more kinds of pathogens selected from the group consisting of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, and Escherichia coli. The antimicrobial agent provides the antimicrobial agent containing Sasa veitchii (Carr.)Rehd. extract. The antimicrobial agent may be for multiple doses. 【課題】緑膿菌、黄色ブドウ球菌及び大腸菌からなる群から選択される１種以上におけるクマザサエキスに対する耐性の獲得を抑制できる抗菌剤を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明は、緑膿菌、黄色ブドウ球菌及び大腸菌からなる群から選択される１種以上の病原菌におけるクマザサエキスに対する耐性の獲得を抑制するための抗菌剤であり、前記抗菌剤は、クマザサエキスを含む抗菌剤を提供する。前記抗菌剤は、複数回投与するものであってもよい。【選択図】図１
