Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly improve the image quality of image data obtained by signal synthesis.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus according to an embodiment includes an acquiring unit, a synthesizing unit, and a control unit. The acquiring unit acquires a plurality of IQ signals obtained through a plurality of processes having different conditions to an echo signal generated in oscillators included in an ultrasonic probe. The synthesizing unit generates a composite signal obtained by synthesis of the plurality of IQ signals through non-linear processing. The control unit controls a display unit to display image data based on the composite signal. 【課題】信号合成で得られる画像データの画質を確実に向上させること。【解決手段】実施形態の超音波診断装置は、取得部と、合成部と、制御部とを備える。前記取得部は、超音波プローブが有する振動子で発生した反射波信号に対して条件の異なる複数の処理を施すことにより得られる複数のIQ信号を取得する。前記合成部は、前記複数のIQ信号を非線形処理により合成した合成信号を生成する。制御部は、前記合成信号に基づく画像データを、表示部に表示させる。【選択図】図1
