PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mount which is excellent in the holding force of a long flexible medical component and prevents the flexible medical component from being deformed or damaged even when the flexible medical component is pulled out of a base end side.SOLUTION: In a mount 1 having a flat surface 2 for holding a long flexible medical component 7, sets of U-shaped tip side tabs 3 and base end side tabs 5 are formed on the flat surface 2. The mount 1 is formed by being cut in the following manner. A tip side tab 3 is formed by cutting the mount 1 into the shape of U so as to make a top part 32 direct to a tip side, the base end side tab 5 is formed such that cutting of a tip side of the base end side tab 5 is faced with cutting of a base end side of the tip side tab 3 in parallel, and a gap larger than the diameter of a held flexible medical component 7 exists between the cutting of the tip side of the base end side tab 5 and the cutting of a base end side of the tip side tab 3. 【課題】長尺の可撓性医療部材の保持力に優れ、かつ、可撓性医療部材を基端側から引き抜いた場合であっても、可撓性医療部材が変形したり破損したりすることがない台紙を提供する。【解決手段】長尺の可撓性医療部材７を保持するための平坦面２を有する台紙１であって、平坦面２に、Ｕ字状の先端側タブ３と、基端側タブ５とが対で形成されており、先端側タブ３は、頂部３２が先端側に指向するように、台紙１がＵ字状に切り込まれて形成されてなり、基端側タブ５は、基端側タブ５の先端側の切り込みが、先端側タブ３の基端側の切り込みと並行に向き合うように、かつ、基端側タブ５の先端側の切り込みと、先端側タブ３の基端側の切り込みとの間が、保持する可撓性医療部材７の直径よりも大きい間隙を有するように、台紙１が切り込まれて形成されてなる、台紙。【選択図】図１
