Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal fluid machine having an impeller capable of reducing a secondary flow loss on an inner part of the impeller, at the same time, suppressing separation and stall of flow on the neighborhood of vane negative pressure surface shroud front edge of the impeller upon flow rate reduction and maintaining an impeller actuation range, in the centrifugal fluid machine.SOLUTION: In a centrifugal fluid machine, such a centrifugal impeller that, when an impeller 1 is viewed from a suction direction as a rotation shaft upstream direction, the shroud side is tilted backward with respect to the rotation direction from the hub side, and the shroud side of a vane 131 located on the rear side with respect to an impeller rotation direction on adjacent two impeller vanes forms a vane 132 located on the rotation direction front side and a superimposition part 21 on the neighborhood of vane front edge is provided. 【課題】遠心式流体機械において,羽根車内部の二次流れ損失を低減しつつ,流量低減時の羽根車の翼負圧面シュラウド前縁付近における流れの剥離・失速を抑制し,羽根車作動範囲を維持することを可能とする羽根車を有する遠心式流体機械を提供する。【解決手段】遠心式流体機械において,羽根車1を回転軸上流方向である吸込方向から見た場合に,羽根車翼後縁ではシュラウド側をハブ側より回転方向に対し後傾させ,かつ隣接する二つの羽根車翼における羽根車回転方向に対して後方にある翼131のシュラウド側が,回転方向前方にある翼132と,翼前縁付近において重なり部21を形成する遠心羽根車を設ける。【選択図】 図2
