Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide -glucosidase 1 (BGL1) variants with improved properties.SOLUTION: The BGL1 variants of the invention have at least two improved activities over wild type BGL1 selected from: (a) hydrolytic activity on pretreated corn stover (PCS); (b) cellobiase activity; (c) protein expression; (d) BGL activity measured by either cellobiase activity in the presence of corncob (CC) pretreated with ammonia or CC hydrolytic activity; (e) thermostability; (f) hydrolytic activity on phosphoric acid swollen cellulose (PASC) and (g) hydrolytic activity in the presence of glucose.
【課題】改良された −グルコシダーゼ(BGL1)の提供。【解決手段】BGL1変異体であって、(a)前処理済みトウモロコシ茎葉(PCS)加水分解活性、(b)セロビアーゼ活性、(c)タンパク質発現、(d)アンモニアで前処理したトウモロコシ穂軸(CC)の存在下でのセロビアーゼ活性又はCC加水分解活性のいずれかにより測定されるBGL活性、(e)熱安定性、(f)リン酸膨潤セルロース(PASC)加水分解活性、及び(g)グルコース存在下での加水分解活性、から選択される少なくとも2つの活性が野生型BGL1よりも改良されているBGL1変異体。【選択図】なし |
