Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor of which the configuration is simplified and which improves cooling capabilities of a permanent magnet and a stator coil, a rotary electric machine with the rotor, and a compressor with the rotary electric machine packaged therein.SOLUTION: A rotor 100 is formed from a rotor core 3 and an end plate 2. The rotor core 3 is formed by laminating magnetic plates which each include axial flow passage holes 52 and in which circumferential end portions of magnet holes 51 become magnet hole cavity parts 51b. A plurality of magnetic plates are groove formed magnetic plates 5a in which outer peripheral side radial flow passage grooves 53a connecting the magnetic hole cavity parts 51b and outer peripheries of the magnetic plates and inner peripheral side radial flow passage grooves 53b connecting the axial flow passage holes 52 and the magnet hole cavity parts 51b are provided on their surfaces. In the end plate 2, a gaseous coolant intake 2a is provided at a position opposite to the axial flow passage holes 52. 【課題】構成が単純であり、永久磁石と固定子コイルの冷却能力が優れている回転子、この回転子を備えた回転電機およびこの回転電機が搭載された圧縮機を得ることである。【解決手段】回転子100が、軸方向流路孔52を有し且つ磁石孔51の周方向の端部が磁石孔空隙部51bとなっている磁性板を積層して形成しており、複数の磁性板が、磁石孔空隙部51bと磁性板の外周とを接続する外周側径方向流路溝53aと、軸方向流路孔52と磁石孔空隙部51bとを接続する内周側径方向流路溝53bとが表面に設けられている溝形成磁性板5aである回転子鉄心3と、軸方向流路孔52と対向する位置に気体冷媒取入口2aを設けた端板2とで形成されているものである。【選択図】図2
