Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon nanotube composite lead wire which has excellent durability and conductivity.SOLUTION: A carbon nanotube composite lead wire contains a carbon nanotube wire and a metal layer. The carbon nanotube wire is formed by twisting a plurality of carbon nanotubes along the axial direction of the carbon nanotube wire and has a diameter of 1-30 μm and the number of twists of 10-300 t/cm. The metal layer covers the outer surface of the carbon nanotube wire and has a thickness of 1-5 μm.
【課題】本発明は、優れた耐用性及び導電性を有するカーボンナノチューブ複合リード線を提供する。【解決手段】本発明のカーボンナノチューブ複合リード線は、カーボンナノチューブワイヤ及び金属層を含む。カーボンナノチューブワイヤは、複数のカーボンナノチューブがカーボンナノチューブワイヤの軸方向に沿って捻りをかけて形成されたものであり、直径は、1μm〜30μmであり、捻り数は、10t/cm〜300t/cmである。金属層は、カーボンナノチューブワイヤの外表面を被覆し、その厚さは1μm〜5μmである。【選択図】図1 |
