PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a vibration-proofing device in which an inner bracket is press-fitted in a first attachment member.SOLUTION: An elastic stopper member 20 includes: a bottom surface part 48 having a communication hole 48A for inserting a cylindrical member 24 in a first attachment member 11 which is attached to one of a vibration generating part and a vibration receiving part through an inner bracket 22 and includes the cylindrical member 24 in which the inner bracket 22 is inserted in a fitting manner; and an enclosure part 50 which is erected from the bottom surface part 48 and formed so as to enclose the cylindrical part 24, the enclosure part 50 where an opening part 58 serving as an insertion port of the inner bracket 22 inserted into the cylindrical member 24 is formed communicating with the communication hole 48A. The elastic stopper member 20 limits displacement magnitude of the first attachment member 11. 【課題】インナブラケットを第１の取付部材に圧入するタイプの防振装置を容易に製造可能にする。【解決手段】弾性ストッパ部材２０は、振動発生部又は振動受け部の一方にインナブラケット２２を介して取り付けられインナブラケット２２が内部に嵌挿される筒状部材２４を備えた第１の取付部材１１における筒状部材２４を内部に挿通するための連通孔４８Ａを有する底面部４８と、底面部４８から立設されて筒状部材２４を囲むことが可能に形成され、筒状部材２４に対するインナブラケット２２の挿入口となる開口部５８が連通孔４８Ａと連通して形成された囲い部５０とを有し、第１の取付部材１１の変位量を制限する。【選択図】図１
