Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyacetal resin-made container excellent in warp precision, durability and conductivity.SOLUTION: There is provided a polyacetal resin-made container which comprises 100 pts.mass of a polyacetal resin (I), 5 to 25 pts.mass of an impact modifier (II) and 5 to 30 pts.mass of carbon black (III), wherein the impact modifier (II) is at least one selected from the group consisting of an olefinic resin, a copolymer of an aromatic vinyl compound and a conjugated diene compound and a hydrogenated product of a copolymer of an aromatic vinyl compound and a conjugated diene compound, the carbon black (III) has a dibutyl phthalate oil absorption of 100 to 300 mL/100 g and a BET specific surface area of 20 to 100 m/g as measured by a nitrogen adsorption method.
【課題】反り精度、耐久性に優れ、かつ導電性を有するポリアセタール樹脂製容器を得る。【解決手段】ポリアセタール樹脂(I)100質量部と、衝撃改良剤(II)5〜25質量部と、カーボンブラック(III)5〜30質量部とを含み、前記衝撃改良剤(II)が、オレフィン系樹脂、芳香族ビニル化合物と共役ジエン化合物の共重合体、芳香族ビニル化合物と共役ジエン化合物の共重合体の水素添加物からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種であり、前記カーボンブラック(III)のフタル酸ジブチル吸油量が100〜300mL/100gであり、窒素吸着法によるBET比表面積が20〜100m2/gである、ポリアセタール樹脂製容器。【選択図】図1 |
