Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve manufacturing easiness of an insert bus bar plate.SOLUTION: An insert bus bar plate 2 includes a tabular resin material 23 and a plurality of metal bus bars 24 buried in the resin material 23 by insert molding and respectively having terminal parts 24c exposed to a mounting surface 25 which is one main surface of the resin material 23. Before the insert molding, the plurality of bus bars 24 are formed as an unmolded bus bar aggregate 24a in which one-end parts different from the terminal parts 24c are connected by carriers 24b to be cut off after the insert molding. The insert bus bar plate 2 (substrate body 21) is formed by insert molding which is performed by oppositely arranging two unmolded bus bar aggregates 24a having the same shape so that two terminal parts 24c are located between two carriers 24b. 【課題】インサートバスバープレートの製造容易性を向上する。【解決手段】インサートバスバープレート2は、平板状の樹脂材23と、インサート成形により樹脂材23の内部に埋設され、樹脂材23の主面の一方である実装面25に露出する端子部24cを有する金属製の複数のバスバー24と、を備える。これら複数のバスバー24は、インサート成形の前には、インサート成形の後に切断されるキャリア24bによって、端子部24cとは異なる一端部が連結された成形前バスバー集合体24aとして形成される。インサートバスバープレート2(基板本体21)は、同一形状の2つの成形前バスバー集合体24aを、2つのキャリア24bの間に2つの端子部24cが位置するように対向配置して行うインサート成形により形成される。【選択図】図12
