Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam system capable of a more stable operation.SOLUTION: A steam system 1 includes: a steam generator 10 for generating low pressure steam with a heat source fluid as a heat source; a steam boosting device 20 for boosting the low pressure steam; a low pressure steam supply line 30; a low pressure steam pressure measurement unit 31 for measuring a pressure of the low pressure steam circulating in the low pressure steam supply line; a steam discharge line 40; a discharge steam pressure measurement unit 41 for measuring a pressure of the discharge steam circulating in the steam discharge line; and a control device 50 for controlling the steam generator 10 and the steam boosting device 20. The steam boosting device 20 includes: a compression unit 21; an automatic stop unit 221; and an automatic recovery unit 222. The control device 50 stops an operation of the steam boosting device 20 in the case where the pressure of the discharge steam becomes equal to or greater than a second stop setting pressure P3, or in the case where the start-up of the compression unit 21 is stopped by the automatic stop unit 221.
【課題】より安定した運転が可能な蒸気システムを提供すること。【解決手段】熱源流体を熱源として低圧蒸気を生成する蒸気発生装置10と、低圧蒸気を昇圧する蒸気昇圧装置20と、低圧蒸気供給ライン30と、低圧蒸気供給ラインを流通する低圧蒸気の圧力を測定する低圧蒸気圧測定部31と、蒸気吐出ライン40と、蒸気吐出ラインを流通する吐出蒸気の圧力を測定する吐出蒸気圧測定部41と、蒸気発生装置10及び蒸気昇圧装置20を制御する制御装置50とを備える蒸気システム1であって、蒸気昇圧装置20は、圧縮部21と、自動停止部221と、自動復帰部222とを備え、制御装置50は、吐出蒸気の圧力が第2停止設定圧力P3以上になった場合、又は自動停止部221により圧縮部21の起動が停止された場合に、蒸気昇圧装置20の運転を停止させる。【選択図】図1 |
