Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pre-coated aluminum plate for a capacitor case, which has superior deep-drawing formability and cleaning durability as a matter of course, enables the achievement of decline in the temperature of a soldering step or shortening of time thereof, and has an excellent black appearance.SOLUTION: A pre-coated aluminum plate 1 comprises: an aluminum plate 2; and a coating film 3 formed on one surface of the aluminum plate 2. The surface of the aluminum plate 2 is previously subjected to a degreasing treatment with an alkali degreasing liquid and then, a phosphoric acid chromate treatment. The coating film 3 includes: a crosslinked polyester resin resulting from a crosslink reaction of a polyester resin having a glass transition temperature of 20-60°C with a melamine-based hardening agent; carbon black; and a copper compound. In the coating film 3, the content of the carbon black is 3-18 mass%; the integral emissivity of infrared light with a wavelength of 3-30 μm is 0.7 or larger at a temperature of 25°C; the thickness of the coating film 3 is 3-12 μm; and the gel fraction is 70-95%. 【課題】優れた深絞り成形性や洗浄耐久性を有するのはもちろんのこと、はんだ付け工程の低温化又は短時間化が可能になると共に、優れた黒色外観を有するコンデンサケース用プレコートアルミニウム板を提供する。【解決手段】プレコートアルミニウム板1は、アルミニウム板2と、アルミニウム板2の一方側面に形成された皮膜3とを備え、アルミニウム板2の表面はあらかじめアルカリ脱脂液にて脱脂処理した後、りん酸クロメート処理が施されており、皮膜3は、ガラス転移温度が20〜60℃のポリエステル樹脂をメラミン系硬化剤にて架橋反応させた架橋ポリエステル樹脂と、カーボンブラックと、銅化合物と、を含み、皮膜3に含まれる前記カーボンブラックの含有率が3〜18質量%であり、波長が3〜30μmの赤外線の積分放射率が25℃の温度において0.7以上であり、皮膜3の厚さが3〜12μmであり、ゲル分率が70〜95%を満たす。【選択図】図1
