PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new group-controlled elevator device capable of properly assigning an elevator serial number according to the number of users of an actual group.SOLUTION: If a destination floor registration landing device is operated, a number-of-user detection means detects the number of users of a group near the destination floor registration landing device, and then corresponding to the detected number of the users of the group an elevator serial number is assigned. Accordingly, because the number-of-user detection means detects the number of users of an actual group to assign an elevator serial number, the elevator serial number can be properly assigned and an operation efficiency can be improved. 【課題】実際のグループの利用人数に応じたエレベータ号機を適切に割り当てることができる新規な群管理エレベータ装置を提供することにある。【解決手段】乗り場行先階登録装置が操作された場合に、乗り場行先階登録装置近傍にいるグループ利用者の人数を利用者人数検出手段によって検出し、検出されたグループ利用者の人数に対応してエレベータ号機の割り当てを行うようにする。これによれば、利用者人数検出手段によって実際のグループ利用者の人数を検出してエレベータ号機の割り当てを行うため、エレベータ号機を適切に割り当てることができ、運行効率の向上を図ることができるようになる。【選択図】図５
