Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a teaching work for a robot.SOLUTION: A teaching system according to one embodiment includes an image formation part, a starting point specification part, a via point specification part, and a generating part. The image formation part generates a virtual image which includes a closed processing line set on a work-piece which is an object to be processed by a robot. The starting point specification part specifies a starting point on the virtual image at a position other than the processing line. The generating part generates teaching data for the robot with respect to a route which follows the processing line from the starting point via the via point, and again returns the via point.
【課題】ロボットに対する教示作業を容易化すること。【解決手段】実施形態の一態様に係るティーチングシステムは、画像生成部と、始点指定部と、経由点指定部と、生成部とを備える。画像生成部は、ロボットの加工対象であるワーク上に設定された閉じた加工線を含む仮想画像を生成する。始点指定部は、仮想画像上で加工線以外の位置に始点を指定する。経由点指定部は、加工線上に経由点を指定する。生成部は、始点から経由点を経由して加工線をたどり再び経由点に戻る経路についてロボットに対する教示データを生成する。【選択図】図2 |
