Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method where both the suppression of the elution of fluorine and the suppression of the elution of hexavalent chromium or the suppression of the elution of fluorine or the suppression of the elution of hexavalent chromium can be sufficiently achieved.SOLUTION: A second substance contains Ca and/or S and the mixing amount of the second substance is determined based on the elution amount of Ca and/or the elution amount of S from the first substance and the elution amount of Ca and/or the elution amount (except hexavalent) of S from the second substance when suppressing the elution of fluorine and/or hexavalent chromium by mixing the second substance being an elution suppression material to the first substance where the elution amount of fluorine and/or the elution amount of hexavalent chromium exceeds the environmental quality standards. 【課題】フッ素の溶出抑制と六価クロムの溶出抑制との両方、或いは、フッ素の溶出抑制や六価クロムの溶出抑制を十分に行うことができるようにする。【解決手段】フッ素溶出量及び/又は六価クロム溶出量が環境基準を超えるような第1物質に対して、溶出抑制材である第2物質を混合してフッ素及び/又は六価クロムの溶出抑制を行うに際し、第2物質は、Ca及び/又はSを含有するものとし、第1物質からのCa溶出量及び/又はS溶出量と、第2物質からのCa溶出量及び/又はS溶出量(六価以外)に基づいて、第2物質の混合量を決定する。【選択図】図1
