Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement speedy operation plan creation while suppressing increase in a server load in a technology for repeatedly creating an operation plan for an energy apparatus of each user.SOLUTION: An energy management terminal monitors an operation state of an energy apparatus of a user of an installation destination; and transmits an event notification command 325 and actual data 335 on energy demand and supply by the energy apparatus of the user of the installation destination to an area server, on the basis of the energy apparatus of the user of the installation destination having become in a state satisfying an event notification condition. The area server, on the basis of the received actual data, creates an apparatus operation plan 340 of the user in which the energy management terminal is installed; and transmits the plan to the energy management terminal. The energy management terminal, on the basis of the received apparatus operation plan 340, performs control 342 of the energy apparatus of the user of the installation destination. 【課題】各家のエネルギー機器の運転計画を繰り返し作成する技術において、サーバの負荷の上昇を抑えつつも、機敏な運転計画作成を実現する。【解決手段】エネルギー管理端末は、設置先の家のエネルギー機器の動作状態を監視する。そして、設置先の家のエネルギー機器がイベント通知条件を満たす状態になったことに基づいて、イベント通知コマンド325および設置先の家のエネルギー機器によるエネルギー需給の実績データ335を、地域サーバに送信する。地域サーバは受信した実績データに基づいて、エネルギー管理端末が設置された家の機器運転計画340を作成してエネルギー管理端末に送信する。エネルギー管理端末は受信した機器運転計画340に基づいて設置先の需要家のエネルギー機器の制御を行う342。【選択図】図8
