Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming an erosion shield having a high resistance against erosion and a rotor blade manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A rotor comprises: a blade main body having an extremity acting as an end part in an upstream side in a rotating direction and a blade surface coming in contact with the extremity and acting as an upstream side surface in a flowing direction of working fluid; and an erosion shield formed by a padding using a laser welding in at least the extremity of the blade main body and at least a part of the blade surface. The blade main body has a shape in which an interface in respect to the erosion shield at a section crossing at a right angle in an extending direction approaches a surface at opposite side of the blade surface as the interface moves from the end part of the blade surface toward the extremity. The blade main body includes the first arc including the end part of the blade surface and the second arc arranged closer to the extremity than the first arc, the first arc protrudes toward the inside of the blade main body, and the second arc protrudes toward the outside of the blade main body.
【課題】エロージョンに対する耐性が高いエロージョンシールドの形成方法及び動翼製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】回転方向の上流側の端部となる先端と、先端と接しており、作動流体の流れ方向の上流側の面である翼面とを有する翼本体と、翼本体の先端及び翼面の少なくとも一部にレーザ溶接を用いた肉盛で形成されたエロージョンシールドと、を備え、翼本体は、延在方向に直交する断面において、エロージョンシールドとの境界が、翼面側の端部から先端に向かうに従って、翼面の反対側の面に近づく形状であり、翼面側の端部を含む第1円弧と、第1円弧よりも先端側に配置された第2円弧と、を含み、第1円弧は、翼本体の内側に凸であり、第2円弧は、翼本体の外側に凸である。【選択図】図4 |
