Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyisocyanate composition containing a carbodiimide group and an uretonimine group, which has greatly improved storage stability at a low temperature and a low color number, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a polyisocyanate composition having excellent low temperature storage stability and a low color number, which is obtained by adding to MDI (A) having many components, the so-called isomers, a carbodiimidation catalyst (B), a photostabilizer (C), and an antioxidant (D), and heating the mixture to convert NCO groups to carbodiimide and uretonimine. Also provided is a method for producing the same.
【課題】低温での貯蔵安定性が大幅に改善され、かつ低色数であるカルボジイミド基、ウレトンイミン基含有ポリイソシアネート組成物、及びその製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】(1)いわゆるアイソマーと呼ばれる成分の多いMDI(A)にカルボジイミド化触媒(B)及び,光安定剤(C)、酸化防止剤(D)を添加、加熱し、NCO基をカルボジイミド化、ウレトンイミン化するということを特徴とする低温貯蔵安定性に優れた低色数であるポリイソシアネート組成物、及びその製造方法に関するものである。【選択図】図1 |
