PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular solid preparation containing a high-dose of cephalosporin ester with reduced bitterness, and to provide a method for producing the granular solid preparation containing a high-dose of cephalosporin ester with reduced bitterness.SOLUTION: The invention provides a granular solid preparation containing drug granules consisting of (1) a core substance, and (2) a drug containing layer coating a core substance. The drug containing layer contains cephalosporin ester and a thermofusion substance. The content of the thermofusion substance is 10-20% to the mass of the drug granule, and the content of cephalosporin ester is 20-40% to the mass of the granular solid preparation. The granular solid preparation is a preparation containing a high-dose of cephalosporin ester with reduced bitterness, being useful as preparations having an improved medication compliance for children and/or elderly persons. Furthermore, the method for producing the granular solid preparation of the invention is useful as a method for producing preparations with excellent dissolution property. 【課題】苦味が軽減された、高用量のセファロスポリンエステルを含む粒状固形製剤を提供すること、また、苦味が軽減された、高用量のセファロスポリンエステルを含む粒状固形製剤の製造方法を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】本発明の（１）芯物質、ならびに（２）芯物質を被覆する薬物含有層からなる薬物顆粒を含む粒状固形製剤であって、薬物含有層がセファロスポリンエステルおよび熱溶融物質を含み、熱溶融物質の含有率が、薬物顆粒の質量に対して10〜20％であり、セファロスポリンエステルの含有率が、粒状固形製剤の質量に対して20〜40％である粒状固形製剤は、苦味が軽減された、高用量のセファロスポリンエステルを含む製剤であり、小児および／または高齢者の服薬コンプライアンスが向上した製剤として有用であり、さらに、本発明の粒状固形製剤の製造方法は、溶出性に優れた製剤の製造方法として有用である。【選択図】なし
