Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accelerator pedal stepping amount regulation structure of an automobile which neither becomes obtrusive when getting on and off a vehicle nor makes a foot space tight during driving in a cab-over type small car, and can reduce a load applied to a leg part of a driver by being buckled and deformed easily during a vehicle collision.SOLUTION: A stopper 10 has a mountain shape comprising an upper wall part 10a and a pair of leg parts 10b, 10c which are continuous to both edge parts of the upper wall part 10a and folded downward. The stopper 10 is arranged and fixed so as to be positioned below a pedal arm 9a and so that both the leg parts 10b, 10c are positioned separately to the right and left in a vehicle width direction. A seating surface 10h is formed at a rear part of a vehicle longitudinal direction of the upper wall part 10a so as to bulge upward. A stepping amount of an acceleration pedal 9 is regulated by abutment of the lower edge of the pedal arm 9a against the seat surface 10h. 【課題】キャブオーバータイプの小型車においても乗降時の邪魔になったり、運転時の足元スペースが窮屈になったりすることがなく、また車両衝突時には容易に座屈変形することで運転者の脚部に作用する荷重を軽減できる自動車のアクセルベダル踏込み量規制構造を提供する。【課題を解決するための手段】ストッパ10は、上壁部10aと該上壁部10aの両縁部に続いて下方に折り曲げられた一対の脚部10b,10cとを有する山形状を有し、前記ペダルアーム9aの下方に位置するように、かつ前記両脚部10b,10cが車幅方向左,右に離れて位置するように配置固定されており、前記上壁部10aの車両前後方向後部に座面10hが上方に膨出するように形成され、該座面10hに前記ペダルアーム9aの下縁が当接することでアクセルベダル9の踏込み量が規制される。【選択図】図2
