Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve molding efficiency.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional object molding device is configured to repeat alternately, a laminating step for forming a powder layer by a powder supply device 40, and a sintering step for sintering the powder layer by radiating light beam or electron beam by light beam or electron beam scanning means 20 to the powder layer and moving the radiation position of the beam. A molding path serving as the scanning path of the light beam or electron beam on an inside of an object to be molded, is set in advance, by a path which does not pass on a same line and is continuous without forming an intersection, and the light beam or electron beam scanning means 20 radiates the light beam or electron beam continuously along the molding path, for solving the problem, in the three-dimensional object molding device and the method for achieving the device. 【課題】 造形効率を向上すること。【解決手段】 粉末供給装置40によって粉末層を形成する積層工程と、光ビーム又は電子ビーム走査手段20によって光ビーム又は電子ビームを前記粉末層に照射するとともにその照射位置を移動させて前記粉末層を焼結する焼結工程とを交互に繰り返すようにした三次元造形装置において、被造形物内部側における光ビーム又は電子ビームの走査経路となる造形パスを、同一線上を通過せず、かつ交点を形成せずに連続する経路によって予め設定し、当該造形パスに沿って光ビーム又は電子ビーム走査手段20による光ビーム又は電子ビームを連続的に照射することによって、上記課題を達成することができる三次元造形装置及び当該装置を実現する方法。【選択図】 図2
