Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable solar cell module in which a sealing material is less likely to peel off from a cover glass.SOLUTION: A solar cell module 1 includes: a photoelectric conversion element 14; a cover glass 11 constituting a light-receiving surface of the solar cell module 1; an olefin sheet 12 disposed directly under the cover glass 11; and sealing resins 13 and 17 which seal the photoelectric conversion element 14, are bonded to the outer periphery of the cover glass 11, and surround the olefin sheet 12.
【課題】カバーガラスから封止材が剥離しにくい信頼性の高い太陽電池モジュールを提供する。【解決手段】太陽電池モジュール1は、光電変換素子14と、太陽電池モジュール1の受光面を構成するカバーガラス11と、カバーガラス11の直下に配置されたオレフィンシート12と、光電変換素子14を封止するとともに、カバーガラス11の外周部と接着され前記オレフィンシート12を包囲する封止樹脂13、17とを有する。【選択図】図2 |
