PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of measuring a target antigen-antibody reactive substance contained in a sample with higher sensitivity compared to a moving sample method.SOLUTION: An immunoassay apparatus includes; a reaction plate 1 having a film-like body 2 which is made of a material capable of moving liquid by capillary action and comprises a sample holding portion 3 that holds a sample S containing a target substance T and a comparison sample holding portion 4 that holds a comparison sample S' containing a prescribed amount of the target substance T; developing liquid supply means 10 for supplying developing liquid W to the sample S and comparison sample S' held by the film-like body 2; marker carrier supply means 11 for supplying, together with the developing liquid W, a marker carrier M, which exhibits antigen-antibody reaction specifically with the target substance T, to the sample S and comparison sample S' held by the film-like body 2; and measurement tools 12, one of each being provided for the sample holding portion 3 and comparison sample holding portion 4, for measuring accumulated amounts of the marker carrier M associated with antigen-antibody reaction by the sample S and comparison sample S'. 【課題】検体を移動する方式に比べて、検体に含まれる抗原抗体反応可能な測定対象物質を感度よく測定する。【解決手段】毛細管現象により液体が移動可能な素材にて構成された膜状体２を有し、膜状体２に測定対象物質Ｔが含まれる検体Ｓを保持する検体保持部３及び予め決められた量の測定対象物質Ｔが含まれる対比用検体Ｓ'を保持する対比用検体保持部４を有する反応プレート１と、膜状体２に保持された検体Ｓ、対比用検体Ｓ'に対し展開液Ｗを供給する展開液供給手段１０と、膜状体２に保持された検体Ｓ、対比用検体Ｓ'に対し測定対象物質Ｔと特異的に抗原抗体反応する標識担体Ｍを展開液Ｗと共に供給する標識担体供給手段１１と、検体保持部３及び対比用検体保持部４に対応して設けられ、検体Ｓ及び対比用検体Ｓ'の抗原抗体反応に伴う標識担体Ｍの集積量を測定する測定器具１２と、を備える。【選択図】図１
