PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin sheet which is used by pressure-adhering to the surface of a protective layer formation material in which a protective layer is formed on the surface of a to-be-transferred body (medium) and peeling from the protective layer and allows exclusive removal of burr (protective layer) in the peripheral edge of the medium and dust adhered to the surface of the protective layer without influence on the protective layer on the medium.SOLUTION: A resin sheet at least includes a resin layer 10 to be pressure-adhered to a protective layer of a medium and a substrate 11 supporting the resin layer 10, and the resin layer 10 contains a hardened resin formed by hardening a polyvinyl butyral resin and/or a polyvinyl acetal resin with an isocyanate-based hardener. The resin layer contains the isocyanate-based hardener in a mol equivalent ratio (-NCO/-OH) of the isocyanate group of the isocyanate-based hardener to hydroxy groups of the polyvinyl butyral resin and/or the polyvinyl acetal resin of 0.03-0.90. 【課題】被転写体（媒体）の表面に保護層を設けた保護層形成体の表面に圧着させた後、前記保護層から剥離して使用する樹脂シートであって、媒体上の保護層に影響を与えず、媒体の周縁部のバリ（保護層）や保護層表面に付着したゴミ等のみを除去できる樹脂シートの提供。【解決手段】媒体の保護層に圧着させる樹脂層１０と、樹脂層１０を支持する基材１１とを少なくとも備え、樹脂層１０が、ポリビニルブチラール樹脂及び／又はポリビニルアセタール樹脂を、イソシアネート系硬化剤により硬化させた硬化型樹脂を含み、前記ポリビニルブチラール樹脂及び／又は前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂の水酸基に対する前記イソシアネート系硬化剤のイソシアネート基のモル当量比（−ＮＣＯ／−ＯＨ）が０．０３〜０．９０となる様に、前記イソシアネート系硬化剤を含むことを特徴とする樹脂シート。【選択図】図１
