PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collection unit capable of lowering the manufacture cost of a frame member while retaining the strength of the frame member.SOLUTION: A frame member (90) comprises: two resin frame parts (91) made of an insulating resin material extending individually along a pair of confronting outer side faces of a base part (83) and having two positioning parts (96, 97), at which a first electrode (71) and a second electrode (81) are fixed; and at least one metal frame (100) made of a metal extending along the other outer side of the base part (83) over the longitudinal end parts of the two resin frame parts (91). 【課題】枠部材の強度を確保しつつ、枠部材の製造コストを低減できる集塵ユニットを提供する。【解決手段】枠部材（90）には、基台部（83）の対向する一対の外側面に沿ってそれぞれ延び、第１電極（71）と第２電極（81）とが固定される２つの位置決め部（96,97）をそれぞれ有する絶縁性の樹脂材料からなる２つの樹脂枠部（91）と、２つの樹脂枠部（91）の長手方向の端部に亘るように基台部（83）の他の外側面に沿って延びる金属製の少なくとも１つの金属枠部（100）とが設けられる。【選択図】図１０
