PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical type washing and drying machine including a drying function in which drying finish is satisfactory by suppressing generation of wrinkles and which reduces power consumption by improving drying efficiency.SOLUTION: A vertical type washing and drying machine includes: a washing tub having a plurality of through-holes; a rotary vane provided at a bottom part of the washing tub; an outer tub for including the washing tub and storing washing water; a drive mechanism for rotationally driving the washing tub and the rotary vane; and a drying mechanism for blowing warm air into the washing tub. An outer tub blowout port is provided for blowing out the warm air to the outer tub from the drying mechanism, a washing tub blowout hole in which the warm air passes is provided at the washing tub, the outer tub blowout port and the washing tub blowout hole are penetrated from the outer tub side and a flow passage for blowing out the warm air from the drying mechanism is formed. The warm air is blown to clothes inside the washing tub from the outer tub side surface. 【課題】しわの発生を抑制して乾燥仕上りの良い、且つ、乾燥効率を向上させて消費電力量を低減する乾燥機能を備えた縦型洗濯乾燥機を提供することにある。【解決手段】複数の貫通孔を有する洗濯槽と、前記洗濯槽の底部に設けられた回転翼と、前記洗濯槽を内包し洗濯水を溜める外槽と、前記洗濯槽と前記回転翼とを回転駆動する駆動機構と、前記洗濯槽内に温風を吹き出す乾燥機構を備えた縦型洗濯乾燥機において、前記乾燥機構より前記外槽に前記温風を吹出す外槽吹出し口を設け、前記洗濯槽に前記温風が通る洗濯槽吹出し孔を設け、前記外槽側から前記外槽吹出し口と前記洗濯槽吹出し孔が貫通して、前記乾燥機構より温風を吹出す流路を形成し、前記温風を前記外槽側面から前記洗濯槽内の衣類に吹付ける。【選択図】図１０
